Tea Škrinjarić

Tea Škrinjarić is a climate change adaptation specialist at CATIE, where she works on applied research and technical assistance projects that strengthen rural livelihoods and socioecological systems resilience. Her work focuses on nature-based solutions, vulnerability and resilience assessments, and the integration of local knowledge in adaptation planning. She has experience in qualitative, field-based research across Central America, Africa and Southeast Asia, with an emphasis on participatory methods.

Tea holds MSc degrees in Global Studies (University of Gothenburg) and in Social and Cultural Anthropology (joint degree from the University of Ljubljana and Stockholm University).
